state action to RID, flatly rejects emergency rule and its social and economic decrees, which allegedly aims to solve the problem of investors. The rationale for this decision is because those affected do not see in these decrees the prompt and effective solution to the critical situation we have created the government itself, since it is clear that these two companies were not flown, or collapsed but Under pressure from the sector Colombian finance, the government intervenes to jeopardize the savings of millions of Colombian history.
The victims do not want or we want the penalty, the prosecution of businesses that collect money that it does not attack the Colombian financial monopoly or less return on our money. Rejected the intervention at all costs, illegal and unconstitutional because it violated due process, the right to defense companies operated and that the collection does not give evidence to declare a state of emergency. But mostly because it allows employers to give us back our money, as they have expressed. This willingness of employers, is truncated to these decrees, which evidenced by President Uribe not a solution to the millions of Colombians affected but rather meet the requirements of the banking and financial sector competition will not have to stop their astronomical profits semester for 5 or 6 families.
The emergency shall be ordered primarily for prompt and effective delivery of all capital invested .- Immediately afterwards, given the long process that involves appointing a bureaucracy around a liquidator of these companies, the emergency must order the suspension of payment taxes, utilities, tuition, freezing the price of gasoline, by the physical inability to account for these obligations, until they are devueltas todas y cada una de la totalidad de nuestras inversiones. No queremos una emergencia, para créditos blandos ni nada por el estilo, que solo busca llenar aun más las arcas de los banqueros avaros de nuestro país.
Advertimos al gobierno que esto ha generado un problema social de una magnitud impredecible, que por tanto debe escuchar nuestros clamores so pena de vernos avocados a la convocatoria Y PREPARACION de un PARO CIVICO NACIONAL.-
